About This Project
In this new biomass plant in the north of Spain, Versatilis undertook the structural design of various main components from temporary equipment handling to the design of complex boiler steel structures and the foundations for filter buildings and the plant’s chimney.
Maneuvering and lifting the 160 tn boiler was a state-of-the-art operation as it was asymmetric with the boiler centroid located away from its center of gravity. Finally, everything turned out fine as expected.
